This is the documentation for ConfiForms Server/Data Center app

However, this might also work for ConfiForms cloud and in most cases it does. But please see this page to understand the differences between server and cloud versions of the ConfiForms app.

If you are looking for information about the same topic in ConfiForms CLOUD app then please check here Using storage format with Confluence cloud

Starting with ConfiForms version 3.13 (Data Center) we bundle a simple storage format editor, which you can use to copy, share and import contents of the page in a manageable way.

We often include configurations of ConfiForms forms in a storage format for you, to import (without a need to re-creating it yourself in your instance via Confluence editor)

Read more about Confluence storage format here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-storage-format-790796544.html

Please note that by default the Storage Format Editor is not enabled in ConfiForms and you will need your Confluence administrators to enable it

This is done by switching this parameter in ConfiForms app configuration (https://YOUR_INSTANCE/admin/vertuna/confiforms/config.action) to ENABLED

Also, there is a further configuration if necessary, which allows you to enable this for users in certain security groups only

When the parameter is enabled, you will see the following link in the page tools menu (assuming you have edit permissions on the page and is authenticated (does not show for anonymous users in any case))

Clicking on this option will get you to the view, similar to the one below
