With ConfiForms you can easily send out email messages. Messages can be sent conditionally, and recipients can be looked up dynamically as well as the message contents.

However, by default, ConfiForms does not include any extra styles for the messages you configure and the message is sent with a default style for the HTML

Adding standard Confluence styles be done by including the CSS from Atlassian CDN right in the message body (of course, you can add your own CSS rules if/when necessary to be included in the result message)

With ConfiForms version 2.18.1 (Release Notes#Version2.18.1) you can use the following option that has better compatibility with email clients (as very few email clients really support CSS from external sources as shown in this page on the left)
