With ConfiFields smart dynamic fields for Confluence app you can store centrally managed values and variables in Confluence cloud
Fields can be
- Per user
- Per page (visible to anyone who has access to the page)
To add a ConfiField you need to use the ConfiFields macro
Once aded to the page you can give field a name and change the parameters as per requirements
A field can be rendered as Text or a Select element (to allow users to pick a predefined option)
You can choose to save the value per user or per page
When done, save the page and double click on the field to enable editing
